Log onto your PayPal account. If you do not have an account, you need to create one. You will need to enter my name or email address (check for correct spelling!). Enter the amount. There is a field on the bottom of the second page where you can enter a message like your address, which books to send etc. Then click on the "send money" tab. You can send money using a credit card, a checking account, or funds in your PayPal account.
Note: Please send me a short email when you send a payment (email@example.com).

Shipping & Handling Charges
Media Mail (USA only): Add $2.90 to price of one book.
(May take a week or more) Add $3.50 to price of two books
More than 2 books, priority mail or other countries: contact me for shipping charge
Books in electronic format (pdf) will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of the payment.
The price for the electronic books is the same as for the printed books.
Your email account needs to be able to handle at least 10 Mb

The purchase of a book in electronic format allows the purchaser to receive one copy of the book (pdf format). It is permitted to make a back-up copy of the file. It is permitted to print one copy from the file on paper. It is not permitted to distribute copies (electronic or on paper) of the book(s) to other persons.
